Miriam Block began practicing yoga in 2001 when she reluctantly took her first yoga class at the local gym. Much to her surprise, Miriam quickly discovered a new passion. Miriam is thankful for the many gifts she has received from her yoga practice – increased flexibility (both on and off the yoga mat), a tool to overcome lifelong fears, a place for peaceful reflection and non-judgement, and a routine that connected mind and body.

Miriam completed her:

  • 300-hour advanced yoga teacher certification with New Jersey Yoga Teacher Training in November 2020

  • Standup paddle board yoga certification with Aqua Vida in August 2019

  • Aerial yoga certification with Fly & Release Yoga in November 2018

  • 200-hour yoga teacher and prenatal yoga certification with New Jersey Yoga Teacher Training in February 2017

Miriam specializes in prenatal, vinyasa, and restorative yoga. She offers virtual yoga and private, semi-private, and small group classes.

Miriam is excited to share her love of yoga. Her goal is to create meaningful connections with her students and inspire them to live intentionally both on and off the yoga mat.
